This position <br />will be located at City of Sunny Isles Beach and will interface with the Government <br />Program Manager. <br />The Project Manager serves as the senior company representative with decision <br />authority. The Project Manager provides leadership, management, technical, and <br />professional direction and guidance to the workforce through managers and <br />supervisors. The Project Manager applies leadership principles to promote employee <br />development, creative thinking, empowerment, and open communication. <br />Essential Duties & Job Functions <br /> Submit and execute a Program Management plan that defines the approach to <br />the entire contract to include manning structure, work control, QC, safety, <br />property management and non-contract direct costs. <br /> Interface regularly with the Government Program Manager and provide program <br />management support for various Government program-level meetings. <br /> Ensure the contract is adequately staffed and, where required, ensure employees <br />meet all certification, licensing, experience, and training requirements. <br /> Implement processes, procedures, and initiatives to effectively and successfully <br />execute contract requirements, monitor progress, enhance performance, and <br />address and resolve performance deficiencies. <br /> Direct and control the activities as required to meet or exceed contract <br />performance objectives and thresholds. <br /> Develop budgets, manage within approved budgets, and report financial status. <br /> Work closely with supervisors and/or managers in developing and implementing <br />strategies, processes, and initiatives within their respective area of services in
