Professional Cleaning Services Corp., in charge of proper <br />communication and reports of complaints, service tickets, requests, payroll and any additional <br />service for City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center. <br /> <br />Specialty Services <br />P.C.S. Professional Cleaning Services Corp., has an employee group of trained janitorial staff of <br />over 40 staff in the Palm Beach and Broward Counties. In charge of traveling to City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach Government Center when a Work Ticket is issued with clear instructions to <br />complete: Carpet Cleaning, VCT Floors Strip and Recoated; etc. <br /> <br />All communication from client and P.C.S. Professional Cleaning Services Corp., will be <br />conducted as follows: <br />1) Email from the client to ron@neatcleaningserviceusa.com . This email is delivered to the <br />following persons at P.C.S. Professional Cleaning Services Corp. <br />a) Madid Pedraza / Owner <br />b) Ron Wicks / Vice President <br />c) Ennio Bermundez / Account Manager <br />d) Rafel Pedraza / Supervisor <br /> <br />The Account Manager will immediately create a Work Ticket in our Software to document the <br />request or complaint from client. This Work Ticket is delivered via email and in person to the <br />Supervisor. Every ticket is expected to be resolved every night and a follow up call or visit to the <br />property is expected the next morning by the Account Manager / Supervisor. Work Tickets are <br />also sent to the Onsite Supervisors at the jobsite for its completion and every Ticket hast to be <br />returned every night to headquarters office with a signature of responsibility form the Supervisor <br />acknowledging completion of the job.
