This includes a ratification of $4,849 for the Car • <br /> • <br /> Show on Saturday, October 5, 2019. <br /> REASONS: <br /> In August of 2016, Bid No. 16-08-01 was awarded to Elite Tent <br /> • <br /> Company as primary, for a three-year term, in an amount not to exceed <br /> $150,000. This agreement is for event rental equipment, such as tents, <br /> tables, and chairs and is valid through October 26,2019. <br /> We -are satisfied with the available inventory from the vendor, and the <br /> service provided. Therefore, we wish to extend the term one additional <br /> year, and approve additional funds,for a new contract total of$220,000. <br /> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br /> The original contract amount was an estimate based on the event <br /> calendar at the time.The quantity and size of events has increased over <br /> • <br /> 214 <br />
