Russo, City Manager <br /> FROM: Javier Rabinovich, Chairman of PAAC <br /> DATE: 10/17/2019 <br /> Public Arts Advisory Committee Recommendation:Art <br /> • <br /> RE: Application No.AP2019-03 - St.Tropez Beach <br /> Developers, LLC - 16690 Collins Avenue <br /> • <br /> ORECOMMENDATION: <br /> This Resolution is presented for your consideration. <br /> REASONS: <br /> • <br /> I n accordance with Resolutions 2017-50 and 2018-2790, The Sunny <br /> Isles Beach Public Arts Advisory Committee ("PAAC") issues <br /> recommendations to the City Commission on individual applications <br /> regarding Public Art. By Resolution 2018-2821, the Commission <br /> adopted certain guidelines by which the PAAC must measure the <br /> submitted Art Work("Guidelines"). <br /> On October 10, 2019, the PAAC met and considered the above- <br /> referenced application for a permanent art installation by Mano!o.Vaides <br /> entitled Blue Butterfly.
