Please accept <br /> the enclosed application for approval, pursuant to Section 265-14, of the City Code, for a <br /> temporary use. A3 is seeking to install sales banners on the South Tower of the Estates at <br /> Acqualina for a year. <br /> Attached hereto is a sample of the copy for the banners. There are two banners to be <br /> located on the South Tower. The first banner will face west, announcing the preconstruction <br /> sale of units.The second banner, is thinner, and faces south announcingthat the lobbies of both <br /> the North and South Towers were designed by Karl Lagerfeld. <br /> Pursuant to Section 265-14, of the City Code,the banner use requires a permit approved <br /> by the City Commission.
