SSection 2 <br />Special Terrms and Connditions <br />2.1PPURPOSE OFF BID: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beaach (the “Cityy”) intends to secure the services of a qqualified contractor <br />too furnish and install an AUUTOMATED LLICENSE PLATTE RECOGNITTION (ALPR) SYSTEM. It is the <br />inntent of this pproposal docuument that aall work shall result in commpliance withh the specificaations <br />doocuments andd all regulatory requiremennts applicablee to such servvice. <br />2.2PPRE-BID CONNFERENCE <br />Inntentionally OOmitted <br />2.3 TERM <br />Twwill commencce on the firsst calendar daay of the month succeedinng approval oof the <br />his contract <br />coontract by thee City Commiission, or designee, unlesss otherwise sttipulated in thhe Notice of AAward <br />leetter, which iis distributedd by the Cityy's Purchasingg Agent; andd end upon the completion of <br />seervices. <br />2.4OOPTIONS TO RENEW <br />nntentionally OOmitted <br />I <br />2.5MMETHOD OF AAWARD <br /> Seee section 4 <br />2.6PPRICE <br />Prrices shall remmain fixed and firm througgh the term off the contractt <br />PPERFORMANYYMENT BONND <br />2.7CE AND PA <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beaach shall requuire the succeessful Proposeer to furnish aa Performancce and <br />Paayment Bondd in the amouunt of 100% of the total Proposal Pricce, with the CCity of Sunnyy Isles <br />Beeach as the Obligee, as security for the faithful performancee of the Conntract and foor the <br />paayment of all persons perfforming laborr or furnishingg materials in connection hherewith within ten <br />(110) calendar days after nootification of tthe award byy the City.
