Concrete <br /> RE: Development, Inc. to Reconstruct the Bella Vista Park <br /> Dock <br /> 0 RECOMMENDATION: .. <br /> Staff is recommending the City Commission approve the attached <br /> Resolution. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach is in need of a contractor to reconstruct <br /> the Bella Vista Park Dock. The City issued a Request for Proposal, <br /> RFP #19-10-01, upon evaluation, contractor G. Concrete <br /> Development, Inc., was determined to have submitted the proposal <br /> which best serves the interest of and represents the best value for the <br /> City. <br /> Staff is recommending the City enter into an agreement with Contractor <br /> to provide Services to the City for a total amount not to exceed <br /> $366,602.50. r <br /> , The cost of this contract is eligible for up to 95% reimbursement <br /> through FEMA and State funds. <br /> FUNDING SOURCE: <br /> OFunds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000- <br /> 168 <br />
