<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 19-11-01 20 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS <br /> <br />Each submission will be reviewed to determine if the qualifications are responsive to the <br />outlined requirements in the solicitation. A responsive submission is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />submission being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />4.2 TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS <br /> <br />Submissions shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. Firm’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance with Government <br />and similar type projects. <br />2. Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel. Experience and familiarity <br />with scope of service. <br />3. Firm’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation, such as the bridges performance evaluation assessment forms and <br />recommendations of the latest technologies for monitoring systems available. <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />In order to be considered responsive, Firms shall, at a minimum, demonstrate <br />compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in their Submission. All <br />requested documentation and/or information should be provided in the submission <br />to confirm that the firm has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be <br />properly evaluated as listed herein. Firms failing to meet these requirements shall <br />be deemed non responsive. The Firm shall, at the time of submittal, time of award, <br />and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue to meet the following <br />Pre-qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the Solicitation Documents. <br /> <br />• Firms must have, as a prime project manager, a minimum of 10 years of <br />experience in projects of similar size and scope. <br /> <br />4.3 EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND AWARD <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the submission <br />requirements outlined in this RFQ. A responsive proposal is one which follows the <br />requirements of this solicitation and includes all documentation, is submitted in the format <br />outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate signatures as <br />required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the <br />proposal being deemed non-responsive.
