<br />Commence at the southernmost point of curvature of the circular curve at the Northeast corner of
<br />said Tract "A"; thence S 02055'45" W' along the Easterly line of Tract "A", said line also being the
<br />Westerly line of, Florida State Road A -1-A, a distance of 85.00 feet to the Point of Beginning;
