easement rights to third parties including but not limited to Florida Power & Light <br />Company and AT&T provided said assignees agree in writing to abide by and comply <br />with the terms of this Agreement and further provided that Grantee shall remain <br />responsible and liable for all of its obligations hereunder. Nothing contained in this <br />Section or this Agreement shall in any way be construed as releasing Grantee's <br />successors and assigns from any obligations to Grantor created by this Agreement or to in <br />any way limit Grantor's remedies at law as against Grantee or such successors and/or <br />assigns. If necessary, Grantor shall execute any easement agreement consistent with the <br />terms of this Agreement from the utility companies based on the rights granted and <br />obligations contained herein. <br />14. Amendments; Termination. No modification or amendment or termination <br />of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing, signed by the parties hereto (or <br />their permitted successors and/or assigns), and recorded in the Public Records of Miami - <br />Dade County, Florida. <br />15. Entire Agreement. Except as otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing, <br />this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement among the parties with respect to the <br />subject matter hereof and supercedes all prior agreements, understandings and <br />arrangements, both oral and written, between the parties with respect thereto. <br />[The remainder of this page has been left blank; signature and notary pages to follow] <br />2 <br />
