The direct <br />expense rate does not include any amounts paid to sub consultants. No costs used to calculate the direct <br />expense rate exceeded the $150 per night limitation, per Chapter 2016-62, Laws of Florida, no permit <br />costs are included in the direct expense rate calculation, and the travel related costs are in compliance <br />with Florida Statute 112.061. <br />Note: The Company has not included the direct premium portion of overtime in the direct expense rate <br />calculation. The direct expense rate does not include rent, utilities, mobilization or similar costs for field <br />offices.
