All labor charges to projects are based on actual labor costs. <br />Paid Leave:The Company provides paid leave to employees according to job classification and length of <br />service. <br />Business Development Labor: The Company has removed all unallowable business development labor <br />from the indirect cost pool in the amount of $16,892. <br />Premium Overtime:The Company does not include the premium portion of overtime in the indirect cost <br />pool. The premium portion of paid overtime is included in the direct labor base. <br />(12) Contract/Purchased Labor <br />The Company uses contract labor for engineering related services and bills this labor as Other Direct <br />Costs.
