<br />flexible space for large charrettes or multiday work sessions. A three-story virtual reality “cave” provides a visual representation of new features for future
<br />cruise ships. A pedestrian bridge on the second floor connects the lab to RCL’s PortMiami headquarters building, which also underwent a 30,000 square foot
<br />renovation as part of this project. Design-build and Lean principles contributed to completing the project in just 10 months.. $20 million / 20,000 sf. Project
