Jackson Health’s mission is to build the <br />health of the community by providing a single, high standard of quality care for <br />the residents of Miami- Dade County. <br />This campus is designed to promote the general health of the community. <br />The buildings are designed to promote collaboration between primary care <br />physicians and specialists and are planned for flexibility and future expansion. <br />The initial phase of development consists of a 100-bed hospital inclusive of an <br />Emergency Department totaling 223,000 gross square feet and a 875 car support <br />building which includes the central utility plant, vehicular parking, loading <br />dock and maintenance services. In addition, an independent 60,000 square <br />foot Ambulatory Care Clinic will support the new hospital just to the south.
