BR+A <br />References <br />The Parkview II Housing project will provide 656 beds of <br />student housing at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus as <br />well as parking for 300 cars. Other components include the <br />use of ground floor space for academic support, retail, food <br />service and recreation. <br />Completed: est. 2020 <br />The 120,000 SF complex houses teaching labs for Public <br />Health, faculty, research, and staff offices, as well as wet and <br />dry research labs for all three programs in a collaborative <br />setting. The program includes a 10,080 GSF multi-purpose <br />Active Learning Room with a total 200 seat capacity and a <br />6,570 GSF suite of Behavioral Labs. LEED Silver Certified. <br />Completed: 2014 <br />Initial phase of development consists of a 100-bed hospital <br />inclusive of an emergency department totaling 223,000 <br />GSF and an 875-car support building which includes the <br />central utility plant, vehicular parking, loading dock and <br />maintenance services.
