Variations/Exceptions <br />Services <br />Our preference is for the client to engage the <br />Geotechnical, Hydrogeological, and Hydraulic <br />Services Engineer directly to provide the site data <br />required for the project. Perkins and Will can work <br />with the city in the selection of the proper firm to <br />complete the tasks. <br />Traffic services will be completed by Kimley Horn <br />with support from Perkins and Will and Perkins and <br />Will’s sister firm, Nelson Nygaard. <br />Lighting services will be done by Lighting <br />Elysium, the same lighting consultant currently <br />performing services on the Government Center <br />Pedestrian Bridge. <br />92
