Litigation Statement <br />At Perkins and Will, we have always made a concerted <br />effort to build positive client relationships and to prevent <br />disputes with our clients that might require resolution by <br />outside entities. Nevertheless, today’s business climate and <br />the complexity of the projects we work on are such that it is <br />virtually impossible to completely avoid all disputes. Over <br />the past five years, we have been party to a total of one <br />(1) filed claims based on its professional services, of which <br />is pending. <br />Perkins and Will has no judgments against it. None of our <br />past claim settlements are considered financially significant <br />for a firm of our size. According to standard business <br />practices, we are unable to comment on the specifics of <br />pending issues. The terms of issues settled in mediation are <br />confidential as a condition of the settlement. <br />94
