BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND REVELANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> EAC Consulting, Inc. was responsible for the utilities design and construction management services for the Miami-Dade Parks & <br />Recreation Metroozoo - “Wings of Asia” Aviary. This project involves the <br />extension, connection and permitting of water and sanitary sewer service <br />for the Aviary. The project requires the determination of the existing pump <br />station capacity at the Metrozoo and the ability to handle the new loads <br />from the Aviary. A 12” water main extension was provided as well as a <br />connection to an existing main. EAC’s responsibility also included the <br />design of drainage systems for the Aviary, the paving and grading of the <br />entrance driveways into the Aviary, and the pedestrian bridges on the <br />project. <br />PROJECT COST: $3.5 million <br />PROJECT FEES: $55,000 <br /> <br />25.
