(now Stantec) on this Professional Services Agreement (PSA) <br />contract. As a subconsultant, FRA provided topographic surveys, DTM, boundary surveys, GPS, survey <br />control points, utility coordination, GPR, and SUE services. FRA also surveyed the sanitary and storm sewer <br />manholes and catch basin invert elevations. All this information to be used to develop site and grading plans <br />for the proposed project.
