The goal of the City was to renovate their only <br />beach access park. Other elements of this improvement project inclu ded <br />hardscape, lighting and landscape. <br /> <br />Services provided by the Miller Legg team included environmental <br />permitting, surveying, architectural design, structural engineering, <br />electrical engineering, landscape architecture, site analysis, construction <br />documents and construction observation services. This project required <br />extensive coordination with the City’s Park & Recreation Department, <br />Public Works Department, Purchasing Department, Building Department, <br />and various subconsultants. <br />> <br /> <br />25.
