(RJ Behar) is leading this renovation effort <br />for the Gilbert Samson Ocean Front Park located at 17400 Collins <br />Avenue within the City of Sunny Isles. <br /> <br />This project involves the design and permitting of a sanitary sewer <br />grinder pump with connection to Dade County Facilities. Additionally it <br />includes the design and permitting for a new driveway access from a <br />Florida Department of Transportation road, Collins Avenue. The project <br />also includes architectural plans for the addition of two bathroom stalls, <br />full plumbing and electrical upgrades. The landscaping in the park will <br />be enhanced and a new stage installed on the site. The project also <br />includes all new exterior and interior lighting. <br />F-15
