With two major FDOT bridge
replacement projects (Jupiter Federal over Loxahatchee River and North Bridge over ICWW) completing the
Biddability Phase in the second quarter of 2020, our workload will drop below our capacity. This workload drop
provides double the capacity needed to deliver the Bridge Park project. Additionally, Project Manager, Henri
Sinson, PE, is not currently managing any other major bridge projects and is 100% available to lead the Bridge
Park delivery.

E-16
