The project scope primarily consists of a quarterly magazine, Sunny Isles <br /> Beach Living, and SIB Islander monthly newsletter. Additional projects may include, but are not <br /> limited to, the printing of an annual desktop calendar and additional printed collateral such as <br /> flyers, palm cards, and brochures. <br /> The City's SIB Islander newsletter is printed monthly and mailed to all Sunny Isles Beach <br /> residences with additional runoff copies delivered to the City's office. The Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Living magazine is printed quarterly and delivered directly to a city facility. The Sunny Isles Beach <br /> desktop calendar is printed annually and delivered to a city facility. <br /> Mailing list development shall occur monthly and distribution per mailing list contents will be <br /> required for the monthly mailers (SIB Islander). Contractor shall have an online system for <br /> uploading digital files and delivery of printed proofs (low-resolution aka Spinjet backed up and <br /> bound for pagination approval plus high-resolution proofs aka Epson 9900) and digital proofs <br /> shall occur within 2 business days of digital submission by the City. Contractor shall allow the City <br /> to ensure quality control on press. <br /> The printing and mailing services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement and the <br /> unit cost and delivery schedule for same are as outlined in section 3.3. <br /> The City reserves the right to change quantities and other specifications and request additional <br /> printing services on an as-needed basis. <br /> The awarded Proposer of this RFP may be selected to complete part or all of the work herein <br /> described. <br /> 3.2 BACKGROUND <br /> The Sunny Isles Beach Islander newsletter is a monthly publication sent to each household in <br /> Sunny Isles Beach covering various updates, news, and upcoming events in the City. The Sunny <br /> Isles Beach Islander newsletter also shares monthly updates from the City's elected officials, city <br /> manager, and police chief. <br /> The Sunny Isles Beach Living magazine is produced quarterly and is an excellent guide for both <br /> residents and visitors alike. The Living magazine features details on upcoming events, youth, <br /> adult and senior programs, ongoing services, updates on City projects, a hotel guide, a <br /> restaurant guide and upcoming events around South Florida.
