It the Contractor•does not comply with a public records request, the public agency shall • <br /> enforce contract provisions in accorriance with the contract_ <br /> ARTICLE 42. SURVIVAL • <br /> • The parties acknowlodge that any of the obligations in this Agreement will survive the terns, <br /> termination and cancellation hereof.
