WHEREAS, on October 22. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven (7)days. until October 28. 2020: and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 29, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven (7)days. until November 4.2020: and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 5, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven (7) days. until November I I. 2020: and <br /> WHEREAS, due to COVID-19, the City Manager has determined that a condition of extreme peril of <br /> public health and welfare continues to exist, thereby necessitating the continued state of emergency. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> An emergency continues to exist throughout the City of Sunny Isles Beach: and <br /> 2.
