<br /> WHEREAS, on March 12.2020. the City Manager declared a Local Emergency,as a result of COVID-19: and
<br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 252,38(3 Xa)5.. F.S.,political subdivisions have the power and authority to declare
<br /> a state of local emergency for a period of up to seven (7) days, which may be extended as necessary, in seven (7) day
<br /> increments:and
<br /> WHEREAS,on March 19.2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days. until March 25.2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS,on March 26,2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven (7)days. until April I.2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS,on April 2, 2020.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until April 8. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 9. 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until April 15. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on April 16,2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven (7)days.until April 21 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 23, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional

<br /> WHEREAS,on April 30, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
