FORTY-FIFTH EXTENSION OF DECLARED LOCAL EMERGENCY

<br /> WHEREAS,on March 12,2020, the City Manager declared a Local Emergency.as a result of COVID-19; and
<br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 252.38(3Xa)5.,F.S.,political subdivisions have the power and authority to declare
<br /> a state of local emergency for a period of up to seven (7) days, which may be extended as necessary, in seven (7) day
<br /> increments; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on March 19,2020.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days. until March 25, 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS,on March 26.2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of l.ocal Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until April I.2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 2, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until April 8. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 9. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven (7)days. until April 15,2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS,on April 16,2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven (7)days, until April 22. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on April 23, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days.until April 29.2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on April 30. 2020.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until May 6, 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 7, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until May 13,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 14. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
<br /> seven(7)days, until May 20. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional
