Manager extended the Declaration of local Emergency for an <br /> additional seven (7)days. until January 6, 2021: and <br /> WHEREAS,on January 7,2021.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an additional <br /> seven (7)days. until January 13. 2021: and <br /> WHEREAS,on January 14.2021,the City Manager extended the Declaration of I.oca l Emergency furan additional <br /> seven (7)days. until January 20, 2021: and <br /> WHEREAS,on January 21.2021.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency Mr an additional <br /> seven (7)days.until January. 27, 2021: and <br /> WHEREAS,due to COVID-19. the City Manager has determined that a condition of extreme peril of public health <br /> and welfare continues to exist, thereby necessitating the continued state of emergency. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> An emergency continues to exist throughout the City of Sunny Isles Beach: and <br /> _.
