WHEREAS, on June 18, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven (7) days, until June 24, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 25, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven(7) days, until July 1, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 2, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven (7) days, until July 8, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for <br /> an additional seven(7) days, until July 15, 2020; and <br /> WHEREAS, due to COVID-19, the City Manager has determined that a condition of extreme peril <br /> of public health and welfare continues to exist, thereby necessitating the continued state of emergency. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. An emergency continues to exist throughout the City of Sunny Isles Beach; and <br /> 2.
