WHEREAS, on June 25, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 1, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 2, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 8, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7)days, until July 15,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 22, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 23, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of LocarEmergency for an
<br /> -
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 29,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 30, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until August 5, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 6, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until August 12, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 13,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until August 19,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 20,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until August 26, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 27,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until September 2,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 3, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7) days, until September 9,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 10,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7) days, until September 16, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 17, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7)days, until September 23, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, due to COVID-19, the City Manager has determined that a condition of extreme peril of
<br /> public health and welfare continues to exist, thereby necessitating the continued state of emergency.
<br /> NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
<br /> 1. An emergency continues to exist throughout the City of Sunny Isles Beach; and
<br /> 2. The declared state of Local Emergency is hereby extended for an additional seven (7) days, until
<br /> September 30, 2020.
