The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2. Suspension of Delinquency Penalties. The delinquency penalties set forth in Section 121- <br /> 5(A) of the City's Code of Ordinances related to Certificates of Use, and those set forth in <br /> Section 197-6(A) pertaining to Business Tax Receipts, are hereby suspended. <br /> 3. Effective Date.
