WHEREAS, on June 25, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until July 1, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 2, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 8, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until July 15, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7)days, until July 22, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 23, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until July 29, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on July 30, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until August 5, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on August 6, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until August 12, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 13,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7)days, until August 19, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 20, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven(7) days, until August 26, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on August 27, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until September 2,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on September 3, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7) days, until September 9, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 10,2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7) days, until September 16, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 17, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven (7) days, until September 23, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on September 24, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for
<br /> an additional seven(7) days,until September 30,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on October 1, 2020,the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until October 7,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on October 8,2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until October 14, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, due to COVID-19, the City Manager has determined that a condition of extreme peril of
<br /> public health and welfare continues to exist,thereby necessitating the continued state of emergency.
