THIRTY-SECOND EXTENSION OF DECLARED LOCAL EMERGENCY

<br /> WHEREAS, on March 12, 2020, the City Manager declared a Local Emergency, as a result of COV ID-
<br /> 19: and
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 252.38(3)(a)5.. F.S.. political subdivisions have the power and authority
<br /> to declare a state of local emergency for a period of up to seven (7) days. which may be extended as necessary,
<br /> in seven(7) day increments; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 19,2020.the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until March 25. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS,on March 26, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7)days. until April I, 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 2. 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until April 8, 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 9. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until April 15, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 16. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until April 22, 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 23. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until April 29. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 30, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until May 6. 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 7, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until May 13. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 14, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days, until May 20, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7)days, until May 27,2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on May 28. 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until June 3, 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on June 4. 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until June 10. 2020; and
<br /> WHEREAS, on June 11. 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7)days. until June 17. 2020: and
<br /> WHEREAS, on June 18. 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until June 24. 2020: and
