BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The City Hall Annex is located on Meridian Avenue and 18th street, completing the <br />Civic Center Campus as an annex to the existing Miami Beach City Hall, to which <br />it is connected by means of a pedestrian bridge. It acts as a north gateway to the <br />historic Art Deco district, servicing not only the City offices, but the Lincoln Road Mall <br />business center as well. <br />The structure accommodates a 7-level parking garage with a capacity of 654 <br />parking spaces and a 5-story office component with 38,500 SF of gross floor area. <br />A decorative screening envelops the parking structure, while the office component <br />fronting Meridian Avenue features a glazed curtain wall.
