The project is located <br />adjacent to an existing light-rail transit station helping Miami-Dade County <br />realize its goal of promoting Transit Oriented Development. <br />The student housing component is located above an existing garage that will <br />provide parking for the all of the project’s uses as well as provide amenities for <br />the housing units. The project will showcase smart strategies for systems and <br />future ready workplace, creating a different brand and attitude of office space <br />in the region. The client has also committed to revitalizing the space beneath <br />the elevated light-rail structure, creating restaurants, gardens and recreational <br />opportunities for the community. <br />6464
