BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The project includes the widening Hood Road to four lanes between the turnpike and <br />Central Boulevard including infrastructure improvements and adding a new bridge to <br />add two lanes over Interstate 95 on the north side of Hood, Florida Turnpike to West <br />of Central Boulevard, Jupiter, Florida <br /> <br />The project started in January 2018 and was completed in July 2019. The <br />construction cost was approximately $14.1 million. <br /> <br />RADISE International provided the following services in the contract: <br />• Precast Yard Inspection (Precast Beams & Precast Piles) <br />• Pile Driving Inspection <br />• PDA <br />• EDC <br />• Drilled Shaft Inspections <br />• Earthwork sampling and testing <br />• Structural Concrete sampling and Testing <br />• Asphalt Plant Inspections <br /> <br /> RADISE performed field inspections, in situ compaction tests, sample collection and required Laboratory testing inclusive <br />of material classification, in situ moisture content, organic content, gradational analysis and Atterberg limits performed <br />on soil samples. <br />25.
