DENIS, PSM, PE <br />Project Surveyor – ROW Surveys <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Denis has over 12 years of experience in surveying and mapping <br />for design, construction (bridge, roadway, and site). He has worked <br />with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for a number of <br />years and has also served as in-house consultant to FDOT District 6. <br />His expertise lies in ALTA/ACSM land title, right-of-way <br />monumentation maps, physical measurements of horizontal and <br />vertical distances for planning, design, and construction of engineering <br />projects, right of way control surveys, route surveys for highways, <br />boundary surveys/specific purpose surveys, legal descriptions and <br />utility easements, topographic, design and as-built surveys. His <br />personal interests include the emerging technologies and Surveying <br />and the solutions that it will provide for the future. In addition, he is well <br />experience in EFB processing and Least Squares adjustment. <br /> <br />PROJECTS <br /> <br />R 519 (Fiske Blvd) from Barnes Blvd to SR 520 – Design & Control <br />Survey & R/W Map, FDOT District 5 <br />Brevard County, FL <br />Includes 3D design survey and DTMs performed using conventional <br />EFB survey as well as Terrestrial Static and Mobile LiDAR methods; <br />alignment retracement and referencing; drainage survey; primary <br />horizontal and vertical control networks; SUE surveying; recovery of 5 <br />land sections and 119 subdivision blocks; preparation of R/W Control <br />Survey and R/W Map. <br /> <br />SR 429 from West Road to SR 414 (Maitland Boulevard) – Design <br />Survey, Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) <br />Orange County, FL <br />Includes establishing horizontal/vertical control, alignment <br />retracement, drainage, SUE surveying, check cross sections, hydro- <br />surveys, and 3D design survey and DTMs performed utilizing a fusion <br />of LiDAR derived 3D data obtained from Mobile and UAS (drone) <br />platforms. <br /> <br />SR 916 (NW 135th Street) from CSX Railroad to Port Said Road – <br />Design Survey, FDOT District 6 <br />Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Design Survey to include alignment, right-of-way file, dtm and topo. <br />Field work included GPS and traverse primary points, set benchmarks <br />for benchrun, recon and locate occupation for baseline and side <br />streets, and right-of-way lines, topo and DTM, and x-sections.
