<br />CES Consultants is a full-service engineering firm and has been
<br />financial sound since it was established in 2001. The firm, which
<br />is 100% minority-owned, has six offices throughout Florida
<br />and New York and provides professional engineering services
<br />primarily to public sector clients and agencies. Since the firm’s
<br />inception, CES personnel have been involved in some of the
<br />largest infrastructure improvement projects in Florida. The
<br />company’s professional staff of over 90 professionals which
<br />includes 15 licensed Engineers, has experience in the areas
<br />of Civil Engineering, Stormwater Modeling and Engineering
<br />Design, Water and Wastewater Design, Roadway, Grading
<br />and Drainage Design, Structural Engineering, Mechanical and
<br />Electrical Engineering, Program Management, Construction
<br />Management, Project Controls, Cost Control, Estimating,
<br />Inspection Services, Permitting Services, QA/QC, Primavera
<br />Scheduling, and Owner Representation.

<br />Our professional team will be available to the City immediately
<br />upon contract award. Our current workload is minimal and,
<br />when combined with our staff resources, allows us to handle
<br />multiple tasks concurrently. As an added value to the City,
<br />our professionals also have extensive infrastructure, water
<br />and wastewater construction experience, allowing our team
<br />to solve project challenges in the field. Our sister company,
<br />CES Construction, a multi-disciplined general contracting
<br />firm with experience in vertical, civil, water, wastewater, and
<br />stormwater construction, can also be called upon to provide
<br />services as needed to the City.
