REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. 20-07-01 <br />CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TAB E: QUALIFICATION INFORMATION & ASSIGNED PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Craven Thompson has recently created the Stormwater Master Plan for the City of Hallandale Beach <br />(2,816 Acres), the Western C-11 Basin Study for the CBWCD (15,952 acres), the City of North Miami <br />Beach, the North Lauderdale Water Control <br />District, and for a major portion of the City of <br />Greenacres known as Original Section (250 <br />Acres). These projects included development of <br />scheduled improvements to be implemented <br />over a number of fiscal years to mitigate flooding <br />conditions. We worked as the Prime with our <br />sub-consultant, Hazen and Sawyer, on the <br />Comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan for <br />Aventura; and we were a sub-consultant to Hazen <br />and Sawyer (the Prime) on the City of Fort <br />Lauderdale Durrs & River Oaks Neighborhood <br />Storm Water Improvement Implementation <br />Project. <br />Construction Engineering Inspection <br />Over their time with Craven Thompson, the Key Personnel designated this contract have provided <br />CEI services on a significant number of roadway, water & sewer, neighborhood, <br />stormwater/drainage and general civil improvement projects. <br />A sample of the general roadway projects include: <br />▪ Davie Road, Phase 1, Davie <br />▪ SW 36th Street, Davie <br />▪ NW 21st Avenue, Broward County <br />▪ NW 38th Street, Oakland Park <br />▪ SW 41st Place, Davie <br />▪ Pine Island Road, Broward County <br />▪ Spangler Boulevard, Port Everglades <br />▪ McIntosh Road, Port Everglades <br />▪ Fleming Avenue, Greenacres <br />▪ NW 125th Street, North Miami <br />▪ NE 29th Place, Aventura <br />▪ Sistrunk Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale <br />▪ Sunrise Boulevard, Broward County <br />Many of the roadway projects Craven Thompson has been involved with included Local Agency <br />Program coordination with FDOT during both design and construction services. <br />Other roadway projects where CEI personnel have provided services includes: <br />▪ NE 5th Avenue Streetscape, Drainage & Roadway Reconstruction Project <br />▪ Miramar Historical Area Complete Streets, Phase 2 <br />▪ NE 34th Court Complete Streets Project <br />E | Page 3
