Provided design and permitting for the construction of a ± 65,000 SF new expo hall adjacent to the existing facility. Design features included midway planning, event parking, and pedestrian movement, relocation of water, sewer, and utility features, and the location of Lake Florida, the Fair's state shaped lake. e.
