The survey included East-West and North-South <br />ditches, spoil piles, concrete pads, culverts and visible above ground utilities. <br />• SCADA Structures - Mr. Richard assisted with the Topographic-Hydrographic Survey of <br />the 10 different sites located within Broward and Palm Beach County.
