public agencies who have been with us for many years. Our unique customer service
has resulted in numerous repeat clients.

We are a small business that prides itself on quality production, personalized customer
service, and efficient delivery. Engenuity’s reputation is a testament to our success in
these efforts. We have thoroughly reviewed the City’s Scope of Services and Capital
Improvements Plans and envision our partnership to be a great asset to the City in
achieving its goals. Through four decades of municipal work experience, we have
developed clear communication channels, budgetary conscious, timely and precise
production methods that we offer to the City of Sunny Isles Beach community.
Furthermore, we have successfully completed both surveying and civil engineering
projects for the City. We previously prepared a survey for 5 retention areas along
Sunny Isles Blvd. and A1A and have worked with the City to investigate permitting on
FDOT detention areas on A1A (Collins Avenue, and SR-826). We prepared a drainage
study for the area to address possible expansion and renovation of these areas as
they relate to the correct drainage criteria, aesthetics, and increased storm water
storage capacity and discharge. Additionally, we prepared preliminary drainage
calculations to facilitate the report. We are currently working on finalizing the report
and conceptual plan by engaging in meetings with FDOT so that the City can use the
study to move forward with capital projects in the area.

The professionals on our team are well versed in each of the scopes of service we are
applying for and are readily available for attendance at meetings, including public
presentations.
The Engenuity Team features 30 dedicated individuals which include:

4 full-time Professional Engineers, 3 E.I.’s, 5 Professional Surveyor & Mappers, and
other individuals comprising of technical staff, administration, and business
development/marketing.
