This report detailed EGI's understanding of the
current conditions and capacities, a description of the
sewer collection options, a conceptual opinion of cost,
and funding options.
The Collection options made available by EGI included:
1. Gravity Sewer System
2. Low Pressure Force Main
3. Vacuum System
Ultimately, two systems, a gravity system and a vacuum
system were compared. The town's septic to sewer
committee ultimately recommended a vacuum system,
and we are currently working to evaluate nutrient loading
reductions, site housing location assessments, and grant
opportunities.
As the town engineer, we currently meet with the town’s
septic to sewer committee to provide technical assistance,
historical information and recommendations as needed.
CONTACT INFO
Tracey Stevens, Town Manager
6450 North Ocean Ridge
Ocean Ridge, FL 33435
P: (561) 734-2635
F: (561) 737-8359
tstevens@oceanridgeflorida.com

PROJECT INFO
Completed: Ongoing
Duration: Ongoing
Fees: $41,000- so far
Change orders: None

Personnel:
Lisa A.
