(BE) is a full service Surveying and Engineering company located in South <br />Florida more than 120 years. BE is extremely well versed in working within the public sector at both the state and <br />municipal level and is committed to creating innovative solutions for the changing demands of our clients and the <br />environment. As a full service surveying and engineering firm, we are continuously and prominently involved in <br />planning and developing the South Florida region. <br /> <br />We understand the requirements as described in this Request for Qualifications to be similar with other municipal <br />contracts successfully managed in the past. BE has a proven ability to provide the services required by the City <br />and our survey professionals in the office are highly qualified to perform and complete each work area specified <br />on this contract. We have experience working on a variety of projects including utility infrastructure <br />improvements, roadway design projects, higher educational facilities, institutional facilities, neighborhood parks, <br />residential developments, industrial developments, office developments, hotel developments, hospitals and <br />medical office complexes, commercial properties, retail centers and others. We currently prime multiple <br />surveying services contracts, including municipal contracts such as the City of Miami, City of Miami Gardens, City <br />of Hialeah, City of Delray Beach and the City of Deerfield Beach, as well as state contracts with FDOT (Districts 4 <br />and 6) and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />59
