The survey included the following tasks: <br />• Establish an adjusted control network for conventional Surveying and laser scanning. <br />• Show right-of-way lines based on record plat information for the surrounding private properties. <br />• Indicate and identify parts of the surveyed area in designated flood zones. <br />• Utilize GPS observations and adjustments to tie control points and surveyed data to the Florida State <br />Plane Coordinate System. <br />• Scan survey area of the Lincoln Road Mall using a High Definition Laser Scanner with reference to the <br />known control network; register data to create shareable point cloud deliverable. <br />• Locate additional improvements and measure storm drainage and sanitary sewer structures with <br />inverts. <br />• Consider sea level rise implications based on drainage data and contours generated from dense point <br />cloud. <br />• Depict visible surface improvements and topographic features on a survey map based on conventional <br />and scanned survey data. Survey combined aforementioned elements into single paper and electronic <br />deliverables. <br /> <br /> <br />70
