Heidi assists <br />residents and Contractors by providing Public Works and Utilities information, and assists in educating the residents and Contractors in <br />the importance of utilizing and maintaining erosion control methods during construction. <br />06/2018 - Ongoing <br />Plan Review <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />Lead Public Works Reviewer for the City’s Building Department for commercial and residential projects. <br />04/2018- 08/2018 <br />Village Consultant <br />Bal Harbour, Florida <br />Calvin Giordano & Associates is the Village’s Consulting Engineer. Miss Henderson is a Consulting Engineer to Bal Harbour Village where <br />she manages the Sunshine 811 services for the Village’s dig tickets and design tickets; the Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Electrical GIS <br />database; and the as-built information for the Village. Heidi assists the Village in their day-to-day needs with respect to Public Works and <br />Utilities services, and oversees the request for as-builts for any proposed developments and improvements within the Village. <br />04/2018 - Ongoing <br />Yellow Green Farmer’s Market expansion <br />Hollywood, Florida <br />Miss Henderson is the Drainage and Utility Engineer of the expansion. This includes a drainage analysis of the existing conditions and the <br />proposed improvements. The design consists of exfiltration trench to provide storage for the improvements. The utility design includes a <br />new lift station for the additional flows that the market will be producing. <br />Outfall O-13 <br />Harbor Point, Florida <br />Miss Henderson is currently designing and permitting for the relocation of the existing drainage Outfall O-13 in the Village of Key <br />Biscayne. A pre-versus post-drainage analysis is required to demonstrate that the proposed improvements alleviate the current flooding <br />in the 14 Harbour Point Right-of-Way. <br />Page 39
