The project site included Folio Nos. 35-3022-032-0090 and 35- <br />3022-032-0090 which include approximately 131,111 SF and 52,832 SF in total area. Survey Area <br />included public sidewalks and public roads ROW to ROW, outside the above-mentioned sites. With this, <br />the total area survey was about 240,000 SF (5.5 Acres), plus adjacent roadways. <br /> <br />Scope required an ALTA Survey as requested by the client, and also included specific information about <br />existing trees, traffic signs, sanitary and drainage manhole information and full ROW to ROW survey of <br />roads fronting the project area except NW 84 Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />Premiere Design Solution’s role in the project was: <br /> <br /> ALTA Survey signed and sealed by a Professionally Licensed Surveyor registered in the State of <br />Florida <br /> Survey contained physically verified and electronically recorded boundary, utility, road, building, <br />and other information as necessary to provide an ALTA Survey per State Law and the Table A <br />items (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 14, and 21 as required by the Client) <br /> Work included public sidewalks and full ROW to ROW survey of public streets fronting the property <br />such as NW 53rd Street (Executive Center Dr.) and NE 53 Terrace, excluding NW 84 Avenue. <br /> Pavement markings, signge and striping within this area, was also included <br /> All sanitary sewer and storm water manhole information including elevations for the Bottom, Top, <br />Invert, as well as invert direction, size and material was collected. <br /> Tree Survey information included a general common name of the tree, width of the trunk at breast <br />height, height and canopy coverage. <br /> Topographic data as elevations shots was taken based on NGVD 29 vertical datum. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City of Doral – Parks Bond Program <br />Doral Central Park Survey <br />City of Doral, Miami-Dade County, Florida <br /> <br />190
