(PDS) provided Professional Land Surveying services for a portion of <br />the Arch Diocese Site located in the City of Miami Gardens, Florida at 18330 NW 12th Avenue. The overall <br />project site was bound by NW 12th Ave to the East, The Florida Turnpike to the West, NW 186th Street to <br />the North and NW 183rd Street to the South. The focus area of this work proposal was about 7.4 Acres <br />and has an irregular triangular shape and falls within the overall project site, represented in the image <br />above in red. The overall project site was composed of 4 parcels identified by Folio Nos. 34-2102-000- <br />0110, 34-2102-000-0040, 34-2102-000-0042, and 34-2102-000-0041.
