Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. was founded as a Corporation by Mr. Luis Javier Jurado, P.E. in 2007 with the goal of offering exceptional service and high quality engineering services to private and government clients. Mr. Luis Jurado, P.E. (President) decided to open the business with the vision of offering cost effective engineering solutions with minimal impacts to the environment. PDS was established as a minority owned and operated firm to provide high-quality Civil Engineering, Land Development and construction management services to the private and public sectors throughout the Southeast United States. Later, PDS added Land Surveying as one of its core services to be able to provide client an integrated one stop solution to their needs. The firm's most valuable asset: our professional staff has more than 100 years of experience in consulting and engineering services that include pre-design, design, construction management, inspection, storm-water, water and wastewater, environmental compliance, land development, site remediation, feasibility studies, value engineering, permitting, land surveying and design/build projects. PDS’s board of directors drafted and executed a unique business plan that has been successful in growing the company at a pace of 100% year over year during these very hard economic times. PDS continues to evolve as a multidisciplinary consulting firm that serves public and private clients, and a broad array of markets with one goal: Provide excellent service to our clients, with high quality, reliability, honesty, respect, and integrity in doing business. PDS’ reputation for excellence in the industry remains a core value since the firm's inception. Our firm is capable of integrating all of our services and any others from sub- consultants and provide the City with a single point of contact and responsibility, to enhance communications, and will enforce our QA/QC procedures throughout the project. All deliverables will be reviewed by professional qualified staff, not related to the project, to ensure completeness and quality of submittals.
