Rather than further explaining our approach and experience, we would like <br />to present the following list, showing recently completed land surveying projects, competed by PDS as a <br />prime consultant within the project schedule and budget: <br /> Pump Station Improvements – MDWASD – PDS provides all of the land surveying needs of this <br />contract, including surveys for existing and new pump stations for Miami-Dade Water & Sewer. <br /> Small Diameter Piping – MDWASD – PDS provides all of the land surveying needs of this contract, <br />including Right-of-Way surveys on existing roadways for new small diameter (Less than 36”) for the <br />Miami-Dade Water & Sewer department. <br /> City of Miami Gardens – General Surveying Services – PDS performs all of the surveying needs for <br />the city of Miami Gardens on a task order basis as needed. <br /> Town of Miami Lakes - Transit Improvements at City Bus Stops – Performed Land Surveying for Bus <br />Stops Throughout the City. <br /> Miami-Dade County Survey Pool – Provides surveys as needed by various department of Miami- <br />Dade County on a task order driven basis. <br /> Miami-Dade Water & Sewer – GIS Input of all Miami Spring Assets – Performed GIS Input of all <br />assets, digitized as-built, field location of utilities and resolution of conflicts. <br /> FDOT District 4 – Transit Improvements throughout Broward County – Provided Survey, Civil, <br />Electrical & Structural Design for improvement of 74 bus stop locations in Broward County. <br /> City of Hallandale Beach – Transit Improvements - Performed Survey, Civil Engineering, Electrical <br />Design, Structural Design for ADA improvements at 28 locations within the City. <br />As shown above, at PDS we have a track record of delivering projects within budget and ahead of <br />schedule, providing unparalleled responsiveness and excellent communication with our clients <br />throughout the way for an excellent project Performance.
